I'd like to close my paypal account due to some issues. They have deemed me suspicious and have blocked me from doing anything, so I am no longer interested in having an account with them. I do not want to provide my identification as I am very selective about who has this information, but I cannot close my account or unlink my bank until I do so. I don't want to be forced into handing over my information just to close an account. I also cannot call them due to being physically impaired, so a contact email would be much appreciated.
