Thank you for posting in the PayPal Community.
You may have a negative balance due to a payment from your bank or card failing or maybe a PayPal Dispute was opened up against a payment you received.
Here's how to restore your balance:
Go to paypal and log in to your account.
Under 'PayPal balance', click Transfer Money.
On the 'Resolve Your Negative Balance' page, choose which option you'd like to use:
Add money using your debit card (instantly).
Top up your PayPal account with money from your bank account.
Click Continue and follow the steps.
Please note – If you’re using our PayPal app, you won’t have a card payment option available. If you wish to make a payment using a card, please use the internet browser on your phone.
