Someone "accidentally" sent me money, and I received emails from both the buyer and the seller saying that it was a mistake. I have no idea how they got my email. The money was already accepted, and I saw no options to cancel it on my end. The buyer created a dispute. None of the options seemed relevant, so I wrote to PayPal that I want it cancelled. PayPal dispute comes back and charges me $15 USD dispute fee, plus the fees to send the full amount back to the buyer. I wasn't sure if this was some kind of scam, and now I've been charged $20+ USD when I could have just kept their money. Glad I did the right thing? Is there anything I can do to reclaim this or dispute the fees?
