Hello Friends, I am beyong livid and agitated right now. I used to log onto paypal, on the main screen click a button called MAKE A PAYMENT and I would pay my Paypal /Syncrhony bill, and it would take me from PayPal to the Synchrony Log in page. NOW when I log in to Paypal, there is no BALANCE immediately shown. There is no MAKE A PAYMENT (to your Paypal balance) button. I have played around on their website for over 30 minutes now and I'm ready to pull my hair out. When I got to click WALLET thinking maybe, just maybe it's all tucked away in there (which is STUPID if it is) that would work... and I just get the spinning wheel (computer trying to change to that selected page) and it spins, and spins, and spins, AND SPINS. It normally takes me 30 seconds to pay a bill, and I've spent nearly an HOUR on this. WHY did paypal change this and make it harder? One simple button, like every other website in the world "PAY MY BILL" and now it's all gone. **bleep** is going on here? I'm morphing into a Karen - please save me. I am heavy into video and audio editing, VERY comfortable with computers, and pretty tech savvy and even *** I *** cannot find a simple **bleep** a m n PAY my BILL button! %$*&?! Help. PSS - I finally got into "WALLET" and that is merely what cards/accounts you have to send money with. no "PAY MY PAY PAL BILL" button anywhere. This is like m f ing snakes on a plane. Ridiculous! WHEEREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE is the {PAY MY BILL} button that used to take me out to the synchrony log in page??????
