@chris674 Nope. It’s something the seller has to follow through with on their own in a PayPal dispute or return request via their store policy. PayPal won’t enforce it. PayPal’s buyer protection terms does not entitle you to return shipping because PayPal cannot refund more that what you originally paid. You have to pay up front to return and then get reimbursed, if eligible, from this PayPal program: Register your PayPal account for PayPal Refunded Returns: https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns Terms and conditions apply. PayPal can only get involved if there is a transactional record of payment in general. You’ll have to invoice seller for return shipping costs and seller actually paid it. Then you use that money to ship return back. The seller would then have dispute rights if you do not return item or it was not delivered of which PayPal would intervene on the seller who would be considered the buyer in this scenario.
