So PayPal have locked my account. I moved from Qatar to Kenya and couldn't properly use PayPal. So they told me to open a new account from Kenya and use that.bi I did. I moved my money into the new account, then they limited it then locked it. I don't see what I can do, customer service is horrendous, calls aren't working. I followed their instructions and they stabbed me in the back. I've just seen online reviews on PayPal, and apparently they do this ALOT
