So I'm having an issue with 1) transferring money from PayPal to my bank account. It won't let me do the free option. Only the paid option. And 2) when I go to use the app, as I log in it redirects me to the web page and says "Sorry, we can't verify that it's you". In my attempts to have this resolved I've called the customer support phone line and have been hung up on twice by operators, wasting over an hour of my time, and I attempted to email customer support only to receive an automated reply that told me to use the email attached to my account (I was using that email) So like.. can anyone help? I'm on the verge of pulling my hair out.
