My Paypal balance is missing after 180 days being hold, paypal permanet limited my account I have 100,000 in my balance I waited to 180 days so that become available to widraw but I open my account today and to my shock my money is missing and when I open my recent transaction it said I send it to paypal which is not like impossible because they hold my money
