I bought an item (outside Ebay) which I paid for with Paypal. The seller provided tracking # for the item. According to the USPS tracking information the expected package was Delivered in/at MAilbox. However there was no package either in the mailbox or at my door. I contacted the seller and was told that I have to call the Post Office. I tried to call but was put on hold for ever and was unable to talk to the representative. I also sent an email but got no answer. Anyways as far as I heard, it is seller's responsibility to make sure the buyer gets their item. So shouldn't the seller be the one dealing with the post office and going through all this hussle? Do i have enough ground to file a claim on Paypal? Thank you!
