Thanks so much for this advice, my other problem is I have no idea who the carrier that says they made the delivery are. As the seller won't reply to my emails and PayPal have not given me that information. So I am unable to check with them about the supposed delivery. You make a good point about the bank though, I will contact them and see if I can raise this through them. Sadly I do think it is a Chinese company, I have used many in the past and not had this issue before. Thanks again for taking the time to reply, I appreciate it.
