Thanks so much for this advice, my other problem is I have no idea who the carrier that says they made the delivery are. As the seller won't reply to my emails and PayPal have not given me that information. So I am unable to check with them about the supposed delivery.  You make a good point about the bank though, I will contact them and see if I can raise this through them.  Sadly I do think it is a Chinese company, I have used many in the past and not had this issue before. I ordered a bookcase April 2021, I emailed the seller end May and they didn't reply.  I raised a dispute with PayPal in June and they have upheld the sellers case, saying it was delivered! I have emailed the seller that all my local couriers are taking photos, I know most of them on sight, could they please supply me with proof, as it has not been delivered.  PayPal have closed the dispute and I cannot find a way to reraise it with them, so difficult not being able to speak to or email someone at PayPal directly. Feeling very frustrated with PayPal as they never seem to side with the purchaser only the seller.  Does anyone have any ideas please to help, as I would really like the bookcase.  Many thanks Melanie    ...
