So basically I was sending a buyer money via friends and family, and when the buyer didn't receive the money I send them, I wanted to report it to PayPal. However, It didn't let me send it because I needed to "check the amount" which I don't know which amount its talking about. This was the message I was trying to get by. So the information for the form was right here, if someone can please tell me the exact information to put in the box please tell me. Here is the entire transaction paper. Again if someone could please tell me the exact words I need to put into the form that would be great.
