I got a refund from Financial Times of 68$ on 15th June which after converted into indian rupees refunded back to my account on the same day but still after 16 days, I am unable to find out where my money went, I didn't received the amount in my debit card in which it was refunded neither it is in wallet. Please help me out as I urgently need that money.
