Have you seen the new fee structure for the U.S.? It is hard enough to get people to accept PayPal and now they're greatly increasing the fees. Before, I could argue that the fees were about the same as accepting credit cards. That won't be true anymore. I often have to offer to cover the fees to get people to accept it now. These higher fees could result in places I regularly shop deciding to stop accepting PayPal. Does anyone have a theory on why they would want to incentivize merchants to stop accepting PayPal?
