I’ve just got onto PayPal and only Purchased one item and had a good Amount in my Balance ! I get on today to activate my card and my balance has been transferred to an account not link to my PayPal also at 2:15am someone logged on and added and additional email! But the denied my claim saying they don’t see it as an authorized transaction
