I am the new treasurer for a US non-profit where a volunteer accidentally set up the account in Algeria. I assume she just didn't click the country field correctly when she set it up. We have over a $1,000 frozen in the account for over a year due to not satisfying the Algerian paperwork requirements. I cannot find anyway to contact customer service to learn what is lacking so I can comply and move the money out and set up a new US account. Any advice?
