Since May I havent been able to put money in my Paypal account. I have spoke to customer service several times and my problem still hasnt been solved. It tells me the service to top up my money instantly is unavailable. So when i use Paypal now for an Uber for example i have to find one where i can pin. Customer service has done nothing. I have had 5 different answers and my problem hss been sent to a dept to solve but 2 months later still nothing has been done
