We are digital marketing and seo firm. We have subscription model services. Every month we use to send reports for which client had paid. Now few clients started disputing their old payments claiming they didnt received the services . Even we have delivered everything to paypal , the reporting details ..still paypal is deducting it from our account without listing to us..so we are servicing customers free of cost. How come paypal is protecting buyers opinion, why would we use paypal even ? If they dont see our reports , services, arguments ?
