I am trying to send money from my PayPal account to Palmerbet (sportsbetting company). When I select PayPal as withdrawal option in Palmerbet it says "your PayPal connection has been initiated please follow the steps on PayPal to complete your agreement". How do I complete this agreement in paypal?
