Ive been in australia for a couple years but its back and forth. Now one day i want to use Paypal and my account is on hold for an ID confirmation. OK, no problem.....except that because my address is in Australia its asking for Australian documents?? I can only give my USA details. Whats up?? Thanks for any help but Papal will probably have to fix this....
