A woman wanted to purchase something from me off Facebook marketplace. She sent me a payment of $700 but my account was not premium so I could not accept more that $500. PayPal then asked her to send me $1000 to upgrade my account, then send her $1000 back and email a receipt to access my payment of $700. But the issue here is that the payment is pending until I send her $1000 and my bank account does not have $1000 in it.... PayPal will not let her cancel the transaction and I cannot receive or send it back. Please help
