I made a pay in 4 purchase, returned item and seller provided refund. Normally I received the refund in a few days. I waited the 30 days paypla advises it could take a financial institution to issue. It's no been over 40 days and no support from PayPal to ask questions. How can I go about getting this traced? I can't with my bank as it is am incoming about.
