So, approximately a year ago, I purchased an item from a seller that clearly advertised a 2 year warranty on their product. After 10 months it became clear it was inferior goods, and would not last, so I contacted them on multiple occasions, with no reply from them at all. The contact info posted on their selling page was fake, and after Ebay recommended I contact Paypal to register a dispute, Paypal denied my dispute because its over 180 days old.. I have since seen multiple complaints/negative feedback for the same seller, each to do with similar, or the same item I purchased.. What an I supplsed to do next? Let £150 go down the drain as nobody wants to take responsibility for a dodgy seller getting away with this on more than 1 occassion?
