@Welshnick08 Paypal does not offer warranties or guarantees, that is between you and the seller and to be honest I could offer a 10 year warranty on an item but if I go bust the next day then its not worth the paper it was written on, warranties are only any good if you can enforce them ie in the small claims court for example. Paypal offers you buyer protection for non receipt of item OR item not as described up to 180 days post payment. This is the same time frame that most credit cards give you and after that its between you and the seller or your own private legal action.
