As the title pretty much says, Whenever I try to purchase something throughout the internet using my PayPal balance, it withdraws from the credit cards automatically (I have two attached, 1 with no money(As the balance says, If the credit card has no money to withdraw, it'll withdraw automatically from the balance. and the other one that has the funds(I had it recently attached so it was before the only one with no funds) and it still disagrees to purchase something until I attach a credit card that has funds on it. How can I fix that if its possible?
