My account has now been limited for a second time even though I've sent in all nessecary documentation which was accepted months ago. I now have approx 1200 USD stuck in my account that I'm able to transfer to other accounts or to my bank. When I go to the Resolution Center, I'm just told that my account is already verified and there are no additional steps I need to take. I've opened a ticket but no customer service is getting back to me. This is so frustrating and I'm gonna have to look into taking legal actions if possible. Is there anything I can do please, to get help and preferably also my money?!
