Seem im locked of my paypal and being accused of uploading fraudelent documents though im still here trying to defend my account . With limition it seems im even unable to contact anyon to have it resolved. Is it because i no longer live in the united states and using account outside of usa? Has anyone ever resolved an issue like this ?
