Thank you for your post. It may be possible to cancel the dispute, depending on what type of dispute it is. If it's a dispute for Item Not Received, you should be able to cancel, but it's important to not cancel until you have received the item and determined that it is what was ordered, or if you have received a full refund and have confirmed the receipt of that refund. If it's a dispute for Significantly Not as Described, it should only be canceled if you are intending to accept the item as received, and do not wish to pursue it further.
