Hi guys! I wonder what the issue is with my paypal.. Some times ago, around a Month ago I wanted to pay my spotify as usually I do. The last time I couldn't pay with paypal, because paypal doesn't let any transactions between my bank account and online Shopping. When I want to send money to someone, it asks alwayas immediatly to add my Credit card. Months ago it worked perfectly without it, and I don't want to add my credit card to my paypal account. Does it mean, that I'm blocked of any transactions with paypal, because its missing the credit card? I checked all settings but Everything is still correct.. Do anyone know what this "Glitch" is?
