Hello @PayPal_Ayesha . I don't think the desision on permanent limitation is made lightly and errorneously. You must know that contact page can offer nothing to us but the phone number to call. I called and the person told me they can not discuss anything with the custimer once his account has been permanently limited, but I could contact them at email address which paypal didn't allow me to write here (that's their transparency), which supposedly was included in the mail from PayPal, informing about their decision. I rechecked and no such address was present in the email. I didn't contact them because I think PayPal arrogance is limitless and since they don't need any reason to terminate the service to a customer, they will not change their unfair decision.  My account was also permanently limited because of some fraudulent seller from Aliexpress. I tried to purchase items from her/him, but they would close the order immediately but charge me. Of course, I requested refund and Paypal fulfilled my claims.  After a few days they blocked my account. So irresponsible of Paypal! I suppose some illiterate people reviewed the case to make such a decision. I recommend you check your email.
