Hi, I am trying to issue a refund but, because I don't have any funds on my account, an error message pops up stating: You don't have sufficient funds. I do have a credit card and bank linked to the account in question but, the PayPal website states that because I live in Japan I may not add funds to my account. Furthermore, because it's a received payment I may not open a dispute either. I do not know how to continue nor how to actually get the small silly sum of 10usd back to where it belongs. I would be very grateful for any advise.
