Hi... I do freelance work for a number of global tech companies and 2 of them pay me through PayPal. These companies both use the Mass Payment facility that PayPal offers for these payments. Up until this month, I have had no problems. However, one company has paid and one company has not. The payment is around 3 weeks late now. So, I have been bombarding them with emails, as you do. The response I received has led me here, and I am attempting to do a little detective work. I seek to verify or debunk the explanation given for their tardiness. They explained that the problem is with the PayPal Mass Payments system, apparently not allowing them to send out payments. This has forced them to "manually batch the payments." Their words, not mine. Well, initially I thought it sounded quite reasonable. Now, 3 weeks later, I am beginning to have my doubts. The company is American-based, reputable, and has an annual turnover well in access of $1000000. So, could anyone offer a reason as to why PayPal would not allow Mass Payments from them?
