Account Limited, but can't provide needed info

Hello,   My Account has just been limited. I recently mad two large sales that are not typical for my normal account activity. I understand this fully. However when trying to resolve  the issue I've answered all the questions and submitted all the ID's and documents they have asked of me. Except for one. The last one is asking me for receipts from when I got the the items I sold. This is impossible. The items I sold are rare Valuable Pokémon cards. I purchased the and received these over 20 years ago when I was a child. There is no receipt. There is no other option to resolve this and I don't know what to do. Its the last item I need to get this limitation resolved but what they're asking of me is literally impossible. I'm super frustrated and don't understand this. How can I get in touch with someone at PayPal to explain this to them. I've been holding on to these cards since I was a kid and only now just sold them so I could help fund a new power wheelchair I need, and now the funds are being withheld from me. I didn't so anything wrong yet I feel as though I'm being submitted to by the Spanish Inquisition. Any advice or help would be very much appreciated.    thank you  -Jess     ... View more
