What do I do with "Proof of business registration"? I'm a freelance digital artist and idk what to do now, people suggest me email them and say that "I'm a freelance artist and I don't have a business registration."

Paypal just limits my account for being "under 18", They don't even check the pictures with DOB (Date Of Birth) on it and they just find a random reason to limits my account, I am mad at them for not checking the DOB on the 4 pictures I've send them and I can't remove my limitation without creating a whole new account, is there anyway to remove the limitation.

I know this have been posted here before but it's been nearly 2 weeks since I submitted my passport picture to paypal, I didn't get any respond from the email or paypal website itself. I can't proceed any further or do anything.
