Hello, I received an email from Paypal today that my account is permanently limited and Paypal initiated a closure of the account. My account is pretty new and I am not sure what happened. It just said I violated terms and I checked and I do not do any such thing. I am really worried. I want to appeal but the steps mentioned in the email to appeal involves clicking on the contact at the bottom and selecting some options - which I cannot find. I am not able to reach customer care and I read about a chat option - which doesn't work as well
