Hello, Here is my case: Ebay item was sent with priority International mail, not tracked due to low price item. Letter arrived on time but open and empty, item was stolen in transit. I'm pretty sure buyer is honest and not scammed because of this reasons: 1) returning client 2) letter was delivered in a plastic sleeve with stamp from Polish posts stating that letter arrived in the country opened. 3) I have a video of the buyer showing him opening the sleeve and letter Can I refund the buyer straight away to avoid them further complications and then apply for buyer protection? What am I supposed to do step by step? Does this make sense for a $6.90 item + $3 shipping or the charge back fee will cost me more than a possible refund? I'm based in Hungary. Thanks for any help!
