Hello does anyone know how long does it takes to review the case that I have? I ddnt know I was reported and I saw a negative balance on my account. Since I dont know about that I had transferred partially. When I found out that I have a case, I immidiately called the person who reported to fix it that made my account got negative. And he told me that he already closed the case on his end. I tried to reach out cost. Service and its up for the back office to do decision. My questions are, how long does it takes to review? And why is it under review when the person already closed the case? I needed my money to go back its for my daughterz medication.
