I called them on the phone and they looked at the case.    As I had provided Royal Mail tracking they agreed to refund the money as the decision should not have gone against me.   but I do pay a higher commission of an extra 0.5%? or 1% and I've checked. The extra payment is not eller protection it protects me against chargeback fees. ... View more

I've recently had paypal decide against me in a dispute despite providing evidence that the item was delivered with royal mail tracking. I am taking legal action against the buyer for recovery but I also pay extra commission to paypal for seller protection against fraud. How do I claim against buyer fraud. ... View more

It's happened to me as well. A customer had bought through Paypal and the transaction shows completed but nothing in the balance.   Must be a glitch at paypal. I've switched off paypal for my checkout and using Stripe until it's sorted. ... View more

Is Paypal having issues today with balance updates?   I have a sale that has completed successfully and shows in the Paypal activity section but the current balance figure has not been updated.   Normally it's pretty instant but it's been almost an hour without the balance being updated so I'm not sure if there is an issue with payment from the customer - though the activity of the transaction shows completed.   ...
