I cannot add funds to my PayPal account. I keep getting 'Things don't appear to be working right now' message. I've seen this in the past and have contacted support by phone (which is a pain) and they are able to 'one-time' approve the transaction but the problem just randomly appears again some time later. Anyone have any suggestions on a resolution? I rely on PayPal for transfers. PS I'm in Canada trying to add to my Canadian PayPal business acct
