I am trying to escalate a complaint to PayPal - a fraudster used the PayPal platform to make it look like a transaction was legitimate.  They have received the goods and I have never received the money.  The fraudster has now cancelled the request so I can’t escalate it as a complaint as according to PayPal no transaction ever occurred.  PayPay don’t seem to care that they are allowing this fraudster to continue to operate on their site.  Any advice?
