I was wondering if you have unaccepted money in a currency other than USD? I received British pounds and can't transfer money to my account. The system shows that no any bank account linked. The support told that I need to convert the funds to USD first. However, the system doesn't offer me to do that. The support provided me the case number, promised to resolve this issue. Finally, they just closed the case not resolving the problem. This is an interesting way to deal with problems.
