I sold a dress on Depop and the money has been held in my PayPal account. She let me know she received the parcel last week, although I only added the tracking number on PayPal the other day as I only just noticed it and it says once it’s been delivered I can access the payment. I put the tracking details on and it stated that an email will be sent to the customer with the information but the customer had messaged me saying there’s nowhere where she can say she’s received the order, what can I do?
