Hello,
I have bought a game from steam recently, and paid the amount with paypal. I have received an SMS from my bank that i was charged the $19.70 from steam.
But I did not receive any e-mail neither from paypal nor steam that i bought the game, and also the game is not in my library (as if i did not buy it)
Also the transaction is not in my paypal activity.
Please help.
I cannot find any method to contact paypal via e-mail.
