I paid out a number of transactions in British pounds from the US, in addition to transactions in USD. My PayPal statement lists 2 columns - one for transactions in USD and the other GBP. I know there also is a currency conversion adjustment line item which appears in both columns. Can I assume that the USD column also includes the GBP transactions converted to USD? Or are they mutually exclusive in the summary that appears on my statement? I am trying to make sense of the accounting on my statement, reconciling with Quickbooks, and it is challenging.
