Hi @Don_murad7,   Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!   In general, since PayPal is a country-specific service, you will only be able to register a phone number that belongs to the Country of your PayPal account. If you moved, please close your US PayPal account and register a new account in the new country of residence.    I hope this helps! Martina ... View more
