I was on hold for another 3 hours today, that's a total of 21 hours on the phone with PayPal in 7 days. Finally, today I was told that the only way to pay an outstanding balance is to keep that balance in my account for 120 days until the account is locked and then you can pay it. So for anyone who has restrictions on their accounts leave your balance unpaid for 120 days and then you can pay it. I was reassured that it will not go to collections. I have spoken with someone from paypay over 15 times, been hung up on 4 times, no one can help me. MY bank account has been hacked, paypal is accessing my bank account and suspended my account so I can't even take my bank account off my Paypal account. How is this legal? I'm terrified, they are incompetent. No one can help me, I don't know what else to do. Is anyone else having these issues? How can they do this?  No one will call back or help, what else can I do?  ... View more

4 payments of $500 has been transferred out of my account and for some reason I can't dispute it. I took my bank account off of my account but this is how I get paid. I am not comfortable attaching my bank account to Paypal anymore so how can I get my money and how can I be sure no one will take it?
