Until I tried today I could log in, come to the page asking me whether I consent to giving a cell number, and then just go back to the previous screen & be logged in. Now I can't. I also can't contact customer service about it by phone or via the website, and I tried PayPal's twitter, but after lots of back-and-forth, they couldn't help either. Is it truly not possible to access my existing account without giving PayPal a mobile phone number? I have money I need to get out.
