I want to send money via PayPal goods and services. I sent the money yesterday, to China. 24 hours later my money was refunded to me and had never arrived in China. I want to resend the money but now there’s no option for PayPal goods and services. If I send it using just the send to a friend option will I still have the protection that PayPal goods and services offered?
