I followed the steps provided on this link but whenever I add try to click the "Transfer money" button, it goes to a link with "withdraw" in it (https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/money/balances/withdraw) and it tells me that I should try to withdraw again "when you have a PayPal balance." I would not want to withdraw but rather add money in it. How do I do that? Thank you in advance.
