dispute was rejected on the grounds that i did not provide sufficient information i gave them the tracking number via the resolution center twice, it’s not my fault their system is broken and they can’t do things properly is paypal going to make this right or am i going to have to get a lawyer and escalate this? now i am out my money and the product

accepted return ** not refund, i wanted to return the product but it was just outside of the extended return date, for months the end time was to be determined, then i check too late and it was march 21st, however business did not notify me about this via email they should have updated me about the change to the return deadline for my order but they did not

how was my refund rejected on the basis that i cannot provide a third party to appraise my product? my province is under lockdown and a stay at home order all businesses that i could go to are either closed or out of my area of travel, if the seller had just accepted refund in the first place they could have appraised it for themselves
